Using a fun Cart.... I made this card for Fouth of July, Memorial day or Labor day which ever you would like to use it for. I had a good time making this using my George Cart for the stars and my Independance Day Cart....
I ended up stamping the polka dots on some of the stars to add a little bit of fun to the mix.
I had fun with the Shinny Paper, but it does not photograph well with out giving the glare! I know family will enjoy this!
