Halloween Candy Bar

I have been into reusing many different things lately to repourpose, but the one that I seem to use the most is Toliet Paper rolls. I have a bunch of people saving them for me, and then I get to play and make different creations with them. Its fun! (Actually its my destresser, from school work, and work, and life.)
The one downfall for this is I thought I should of added something to the top and the bottom to make it fit the candy bar alittle more. This is being put into the Die Cuttin' Diva's Challenge. Twine, pop Dots, and 3 buttons. I wish you could tell more on this cut, that I pop dotted the moon, to make it pop alittle more when seen in person. The best thing about this project is that I found this TWINE at Wal-mart for 97 cents in the scrapbook section, along with the buttons. (Gotta love a deal)..    The die cut is from Celebrate with Flourish, Shadow, and regular cut.  Now to figure out who to give this little gem too :-)
