We live across the street from the Metra Train here in our suburban town. Thus for why our son adores and loves Choo Choo Trains. He always wants to go looking for them and he can see them from our front window, so when it came time to decide what theme to do for his birthday party, Trains was the automatic theme.
This was a fun birthday party to plan. Thanks for the help from my wonderful friend Becky, I started searching Pinterest. Becky and me were pinning different ideas, and came up with some cute ideas for Big D's birthday party.
The Invite was alot of fun to make, used B is for Boy Cricut Cartridge for the Train!

The favors were alittle more low key, because of having boys and girls invited to the party I wanted to make it gender natural but also the same colors of the Train from the invite.
Thanks to Accucut... and Archivers I was able to cut out the Bag for the Favors.
Used Cricut Essentials for cutting out all the different Elements on the bags. with the fun Button accent!
The Banner and Decorations were something that I wanted to keep simple but also give a fun feel of birthday party likeness.
Please excuse the mess of the Filing Cabinet behind the banner. We had the birthday party at our Church which runs a day care in it. I didn't have a free wall other then this to set up.
The kids are three they don't care lol.
The banner was made using My Mind's Eye Paper 6x6 pad. And using Accucut from my local Archivers to give it a fun masculine feel to it.
The yummy part of the party was including the Cupcake Cake from Walmart. I don't have the skill set to make something this fun and beautiful when it comes to decorating!
Happy Crafting!
