One of my favorite little things about Halloween is seeing all the different Witches Boots and shoes that people decorate with for Halloween. I think it's the girly in me coming out and showing that I love shoes even just ones for decorations. Of course these shoes were an inspiration for this card. I wanted to add shimmer and make the shoe to be the focal point. I found out about Twinkling H20's at Goose Barn on one of my searches to find a new medium.
