My last post talked about a going to Scrapbook Expo, and finding out about different stamping vendor's. They seem to have so many different ideas. One of the other one's that I found was Raisin Boat. They have adorable stamps and many different flairs. I actually did not get this stamp set at the Expo but afterwards. I do a bunch of cards for our church, I like to send cards to friends and family at church. So I always need ideas for Men's cards. The set I used for these cards is Crunch time, they have adorable popcorn images, and root beer float images, with some fun different sayings. So they are perfect for male birthday cards.
I'm sad that I could not give you a better shot of this last card, I think the reflective paper made the flash make it look blurry. But I wanted to show you what I used for the foam of the rootbeer. You'll never guess. I had planned on using Flower soft Ivory to give it a foamy look, but once I put the Flower Soft glue down, I loved the look it gave me. It turned out all glossy and puffy giving me what I was hoping to get from this image!!
I used Copic's to color the images in, and am trying different technique's when coloring making me step it up a little more on my techniques.
Happy Crafting!
