I am a huge thriftier... I love the retail stores and am always willing to save a few bucks..... I have been wanting a serving tray to dress up and display..... With this weeks challenge at HIMCR is about banners, so I took a bunch of scraps and did the background and dress it up. then added lots of banners.
I used spray adhesive and layered down the paper. then added two layers of modge podge to protect it from little fingers. My living room has these dark rich colors so I was excited to put it in there.
