August is a month of Birthdays in my family. It actually use to be alot crazier when we were all kids but thankfully it has settled down now that we are adults.  In my family there is a total of 5 birthdays in my immediate family alone, and then my sister's birthday is the first week of September. (So you could say 6) I wanted to play along with the challenge over at Die Cuttin Divas and made this for their challenge.

For my Nieces birthday I said I would love to make the Party Favors. She is turning 7 so it had to be something age approriate and they are baking cupcakes for her Birthday. I used my Cricut Cart....... Sweet Treats, and my Elegant Edges Cart.

I love making family and friends days by giving them a home made card. When I first started it I thought are they going to appreciate the hard work that was put into this. But they did and I since I started I gave one card that was not homemade to a family member and I have been given a hard time about it since. Lesson learned lol.

This sweet card was fun it was part of a few challenges I was going to get into and also works for my nieces birthday that is coming up! Love how that works out!

This card was a challenge for me. It turned out better then I though it would. I was crafting today with the stomach flu :-( But I needed to do this for my sweet niece.... who Birthday was this week. Yes... I'm late with the card been crazy busy around here.

Challenge at Paper Cutz....

Ok so I have decided to try to do more Challenges to Challenge my creative outlet....plus it gets me more exposure!!!!!
Paper Cutz had a challenge of Using Black.. Pink... and White together in a project.  This worked perfect for me, because My neice will be seven in a few weeks and I'll have her card ready lol.
I used my Sweet Treats Cart on this and my Elegant edges.....  I love that Cricut lets you layer..... its fun!
