So I am a huge fan of Subway Art, and actually have a frame in our dining room that is changed all the time to different season's or holidays subway art. I even have a Birthday one that gets put up when someone in my house has a birthday the week of their birthdays! (My hubby is good about putting it up for mine too) But looking at my different subway art printable I realized I didn't have one for New Years. I figured instead of downloading one from another blogger, I would design my own. I know that New Years Eve is over but you can leave it up for the month of January, till its time for the Valentine's Day one.
I love designing things and have just started playing around on designing more things, so look forward to more of these to come out for future downloads.
Also over at Craft Hoarders Anonymous is doing a Design Team Call, here is the information:
We are looking for designers (experienced and new) from all over the USA who can create awesome things with our challenges. (Due to shipping costs, we cannot accept international design team members at this point. However, we WILL ACCEPT international guest designers!)
This is a twice a month challenge. It could be a sketch challenge, a color challenge, a mood-board challenge, a theme challenge, a manufacturer challenge, you name it. We want our participants to use their hoarded paper, tools, adhesives, and do-dads!
We are looking for attention to detail, good photography of your projects, the ability to type up directions describing your process and how you accomplished the challenge, and a knowledge of "hot" topics and techniques. (Photo and video tutorials are not required, but knowledge and a willingness to do them is appreciated.) We want to make our challenge blog stand out, not only because of the nature of the challenge, but because of our talented design team!
The term will be from February 1 - May 31, 2014, with an option to extend.
