I am so excited to share this card with you as well, it has a fun feel and well I just love Ice Cream, and who doesn't like that when there is a Birthday. And of course I had to use the new Sprinkles of Life Stamp Set, and the Builder a Tree Punch from Stampin up's New catalog. Also using the new In Colors.
